Dave Schoettmer is the Founder and President of Navigator Management Partners LLC, a management and information technology consulting firm specializing in business process optimization, organizational change management, and enterprise applications for human capital, financials & supply chain, and academic solutions. Since its founding in 2001, Mr. Schoettmer has managed the growth of the firm into a key service provider to leading commercial and education & government organizations across the United States. The firm has received repeated recognition for its commercial growth, being a Best Place to Work, and its commitment to corporate philanthropy. Prior to Navigator, Mr. Schoettmer held positions at Accenture, ABB, and United Technologies/Pratt & Whitney. He is currently the immediate-past-President of the board for the American Heart Association, Great Rivers Affiliate.
Mr. Schoettmer holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering from the University of Dayton, as well as a master’s degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business. Individual recognitions for Mr. Schoettmer include Ohio State’s Young Professional Achievement award, Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year award, and Business First’s 40 under 40 award, among others.
Avaap completed its acquisition of Navigator Management Partners in 2019, and Mr. Schoettmer leads the Advisory Consulting Business for Avaap across other business units.
